5-Day Self-Care Challenge
Share
Hey y’all hey,
We’re in the heart of summer, and I want to gently remind you of something important: your peace is a priority. Between being an entrepreneur and active duty service member, spouse, dog mama, and everything in between, it’s easy to put yourself last.
This month is all about simple self-care: quick rituals that fit into your real life, without adding extra stress. For me, that looks like sipping my coffee, lighting a cozy candle, and taking five intentional minutes for myself before the day gets loud.
Let’s use August to remember that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s not a luxury, it’s essential. And it starts with giving yourself permission to pause.

💬 From Me
I don’t mind being busy. Honestly, I love what I do. But as an entrepreneur balancing multiple roles, I know how full life can get. Some days, the to-do list feels endless
What I’ve learned is this: life will always demand something from us. But if we want to show up fully for our work, our family, our friends, we also have to show up for ourselves
That’s why I started carving out Morning Me Time. It’s my intentional pause: a moment to just be, outside of all the roles I carry. Sometimes it’s five minutes, sometimes more, but it’s mine. It keeps me grounded and recharged
This month, I want you to know
-
You’re allowed to rest
-
You’re allowed to ask for help
-
You’re allowed to change your mind, cancel the plans, and choose yourself
That’s not selfish, that’s what self-preservation looks like
So brew your coffee. Light your candle. Take five minutes. And breathe
You deserve to feel good on purpose
