November 15th (it has alomost been a month) marked a huge moment for me—the official launch of Me Time Coffee! This isn’t just a business; it’s my way of sharing what I’m learning about slowing down and embracing self-care every single day.

It’s a beautiful, busy life, but let’s be real—it’s easy to forget you in the mix. That’s why I created Me Time Coffee: to help us all remember that taking time for ourselves isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity.
